Empowering lives begins with turning dreams into reality. We strive to support education for underprivileged children, uplift female farm workers, and care for girls and women from disadvantaged backgrounds. Together, we can create brighter futures and lasting change.
Educating Young Minds
To identify the parents who cannot afford their children’s education, and help them financially
- Provide targeted financial support to cover school fees, books, and necessary learning resources, ensuring children can attend school.
- Collaborate with local schools, community organizations, and volunteers to identify and reach out to the families who need help the most.
- By assisting parents with educational costs, your foundation aims to break the cycle of poverty and empower children with the opportunity for a better future.
Aid and uplift female agricultural workers
To support the female farm workers in needy, who are struggling to make ends meet
- Provide financial support to female farm workers who are struggling to meet their basic needs, helping them maintain their livelihoods.
- Distribute farming tools, protective gear, and other resources to enhance the productivity and safety of female farm workers in challenging environments.
- Offer training programs to help female farm workers acquire new skills, improve their farming techniques, and increase their earning potential.
- Provide health services, wellness programs, and awareness campaigns to improve the physical and mental well-being of female farm workers.
Empower the Girl-Child
To care for the girl-child and to support women from socially and economically backward classes
- Offer financial aid, food, clothing, and shelter for the girl-child and women from underprivileged backgrounds to ensure their basic needs are met.
- Support the education of girl-children and provide vocational training for women, equipping them with skills that improve their socio-economic standing.
- Conduct awareness programs about women’s rights, personal safety, and self-care, encouraging women to take charge of their well-being and future.
- Provide medical support, including free health check-ups, nutritional support, and access to essential healthcare services for women and girl-children in need.

The foundation is established with the core objective of converting hard, inconvenient, and intolerable yesterdays into happier tomorrows in some lives.

Educating farmer's girl children
Starting with the noble step of selecting one of a few farmers' girl-children and providing financial support for their education at various levels. Gradually increasing the number of scholarships every year.
Protecting female farm-workers
Not everyone who removes weeds, sows seeds, ploughs land, or reaps crops is the owner of the land. The foundation is committed to helping those women who work on daily wages on farms through kits, packages, etc.
Women Empowerment
Through capacity-building activities like education, training, and moral support, we aim to change women’s thought processes so that they become changemakers, work toward entrepreneurship, improve their livelihoods, and honour them for their achievements.
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
At our heart are the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), by partnering with like-minded people and organizations in creating strategies that will improve girls and women's health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth.
Recognition of Talent
We recognise the in-built talent in girl children and women by educating them at every step and promoting them across various fields and sports for their sustainable development. It will inspire other girl child and women to come forward and make a mark for themselves in society.
GSR Raithu Ratna Award
It is a way of recognizing those farmers who managed to yield a decent crop from available small land, funds, and facilities through their determination and hard work. The award includes prize money and a memento.
GSR DRIVE
Development of Rural Infrastructure for Village Education - A program of adopting a school in a rural area every year and offering better infrastructure (like teaching aids, repairing the building, teacher training, etc).

A website to be inaugurated by the CM/people of the highest cadre, that gives information on the GSR foundation, its services, and so on.
